数字赋能老年公共体育服务高质量供给的实践路径

摘要 依据数字科技的时代特征,挖掘数字赋能老年公共体育服务高质量供给的价值意蕴,旨在补齐全民健身发展短板提供理论依据和实践参考。研究认为价值意蕴主要体现在服务规范化、评价多元化、设施智慧化、健康监测精准化。在发展实践中,依然存在着数字化基础设施薄弱、社会参与乏力、适老化改革不足等发展困境。基于此,研究依据“以人为本”的发展理念,从精准识别服务需求,优化供给流程,降低数字鸿沟,打造服务型政府及铸造多元协同治理公共体育服务共同体等方面提出老年公共体育服务高质量供给的实践路径。 Based on the characteristics of the era of digital science and technology,the study explores the value implication of digital empowerment in the high-quality provision of public sports services for the elderly,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for bridging the shortcomings in the development of national fitness.The study concludes that the value implication is mainly reflected in the standardization of services,diversification of evaluation,intelligent facilities,and accurate health monitoring.In the development practice,there are still development dilemmas such as weak digital infrastructure,lack of social participation,and insufficient ageing reform.Based on this,the study proposes a practical path for the high-quality supply of public sports services for the elderly based on the development concept of people-centeredness,from the aspects of accurately identifying service demand,optimizing the supply process,reducing the digital divide,creating a service-oriented government and casting a community of multi-dimensional and collaborative governance of public sports services.
