锥齿轮综合检验机软件界面开发与实现

摘要 锥齿轮综合检验机在传统滚检机的基础上使用数控系统进行高精度控制,具备多项试验功能。为实现检验机各部件协同工作完成试验功能,以及简化操作、提高人机交互体验,对检验机的软件与界面进行了设计与开发。通过分析检验机功能与构成,设计试验程序流程,进而归纳出所需软件界面。使用SINUMERIK ONE数控系统的“Run MyScreens”人机界面开发能力,在数控系统操作软件基础上,开发、嵌入二次开发得到的试验界面,并在检验机上实际运行验证。 On the basis of the traditional roller inspection machine,the bevel gear testing machine uses a numerical control system for high-precision control,and has a number of test functions.In order to realize the cooperation of all parts of the inspection machine to complete the test function,as well as simplify the operation and improve the human-computer interaction experience,the software and interface of the inspection machine were designed and developed.By analyzing the function and composition of the testing machine,the test program process is designed,and then the required software interface is summarized.Using the"Run MyScreens"human-machine interface development capability of SINUMERIK ONE system,the test interface obtained from secondary development is developed and embedded on the basis of the operation software of the CNC system,and verified by actual operation on the inspection machine.
