骨折治疗与运动康复一体化在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Fracture Treatment and Exercise Rehabilitation Integration in Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur

目的探讨临床以骨折治疗方案为股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施治疗时联合运用运动康复一体化对策的效果及意义。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月兰陵县人民医院收治的70例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机抽签法划分为两组,即参照组、讨论组,均35例。参照组采取骨折治疗+常规康复训练方案,讨论组采取骨折治疗+运动康复一体化方案,针对两组临床效果展开分析比较。结果讨论组疼痛程度评估结果、住院及骨折愈合的时间均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。讨论组总有效率为97.14%,比参照组(77.14%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05);讨论组并发症总发生率低于参照组,且讨论组预后效果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论经手术方案为股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施骨折治疗时,再应用运动康复一体化对策进行联合干预,可以促进临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect and significance of combined application of exercise rehabilitation integration countermeasures in the clinical treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur with fracture treatment programs.Methods A total of 70 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur received by Lanling County People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups by the random draw method,the reference group and the discussion group,and each group consisted of 35 patients.The reference group took the fracture treatment+conventional rehabilitation training program,and the discussion group took the fracture treatment+exercise rehabilitation integration program to analyze and compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The results of pain level assessment,hospitalization and time consumed for fracture healing in the discussion group were better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the discussion group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the reference group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the discussion group was lower than that of the reference group and the prognostic effect of the discussion group was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion When the fracture treatment is implemented for patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur through surgical program,then the application of exercise rehabilitation integration countermeasures for joint intervention can promote the clinical efficacy.
