宫颈双球囊联合米索前列醇在晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟中的效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Cervical Double Balloon Combined with Misoprostol in Promoting Cervical Maturation in Late Pregnancy

目的探讨晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟中宫颈双球囊联合米索前列醇的效果及安全性。方法选取2022年6月—2023年12月于嘉峪关市第一人民医院妇产科住院分娩的180例单胎孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各90例。观察组应用宫颈双球囊联合米索前列醇,对照组单纯应用宫颈双球囊。比较两组宫颈成熟度、心理状态、临床疗效、分娩方式、产程时间、新生儿情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组孕妇的宫颈Bishop评分、总有效率、阴道分娩率均高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间短于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率与对照组相比(6.67%vs 10.00%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.655,P>0.05)。结论晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟中宫颈双球囊联合米索前列醇的效果较宫颈双球囊单独干预好,且安全性更高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cervical double balloon combined with misoprostol in promoting cervical maturation in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 180 single pregnant women who were hospitalized in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the First People's Hospital of Jiayuguan City from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 90 cases each.Observation group was treated with cervical double balloon combined with misoprostol,control group was treated with cervical double balloon alone.The cervical maturity,psychological state,clinical efficacy,delivery mode,labor time,neonatal conditions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical Bishop score,total effective rate and vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,the first,the second,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor were shorter than those in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(6.67%vs 10.00%)(χ^(2)=0.655,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of cervical double balloon combined with misoprostol is better than that of cervical double balloon alone,and the safety is higher.
