水基饰面涂料对胶合板阻燃-消烟性能的影响

摘要 本文以厚度9 mm的胶合板作为基材,采用单体燃烧试验法,研究0、250、500、1000 g/m^(2)和1500 g/m^(2)等5种涂覆比值的水基性饰面防火涂料对胶合板阻燃-消烟性能的影响。随着涂覆比值增加,胶合板的热释放速率峰值由162 kW下降到5 kW,总热释放量由53 MJ下降到2 MJ。涂覆水基性饰面防火涂料增大胶合板样品产烟率峰值和总产烟量,但同时延缓了胶合板样品产烟率峰值出现的时间;和0 g/m^(2)涂覆比值的胶合板样品相比,涂覆涂料的胶合板样品产烟率峰值出现时间延缓9~135 s不等。为使涂覆水基性防火涂料的胶合板阻燃-消烟协同性能不低于B1(B-s1)级材料要求,涂料在胶合板表面的涂覆比值不应低于250 g/m^(2),且涂覆施工要均匀。红外光谱分析表明,水基性饰面防火涂料在火焰作用下形成炭层,并产生不燃气体,从而对胶合板起到阻燃保护作用,有利于阻碍火灾发生和延缓火焰蔓延,一定程度上增加了人们逃离浓烟环境的机会。 The effect of fire-smoke resistance for 9mm thick plywood,which was coated with five coating ratios of 0、250、500、1000 g/m^(2) and 1500 g/m^(2) of water-borne finishing fire resistant coating separately,was studied via single burning item test.As the increasing of coating ratio,the heat release rate of plywood was reduced from 162 kW to 5 kW.Similarly,the total heat release of plywood was reduced from 53 MJ to 2 MJ.The smoke production rate and total smoke production of plywood specimen coated with water-borne finishing fire resistant coating were increased,meanwhile the occurred time of smoke production rate peak was delayed.The occurred time of smoke production rate peak for plywood specimen coated was delayed from 9 s to 135 s compared to plywood specimen with coating ratio of 0 g/m^(2).To insure the classification of fire-smoke resisttant for plywood coated not lower than B1(B-s1)class,the coating ratio of water-borne finishing fire resistant should not be less than 250 g/m^(2) and coated unevenly.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy research shows that water-borne finishing fire resistant coating can form charring layer and generate non combustible gases,which are conducive to preventing fire and for people increase the opportunity of escaping from smoke environment.
