中医药治疗转移性结直肠癌的术和技

The Shu and Ji of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

转移性结直肠癌又被称为晚期结直肠癌,是目前临床上比较棘手的疑难疾病,当前最优的西医治疗策略是双药化疗联合靶向药。然而部分患者由于身体状况差、年龄大、经济困难等原因无法耐受或拒绝标准西医治疗,转而选择中医或中西医结合治疗,仍然取得了较好的临床疗效。中医药治疗肠癌历史悠久,具有简、便、廉、验的特点,是中国转移性结直肠癌治疗中的重要组成部分,同时中西医结合是中国恶性肿瘤治疗的优势所在。众多临床报道显示中医药治疗在延长转移性结直肠癌患者生存期、减少西医治疗不良反应,改善生活质量等方面发挥了独特的作用。对既往真实有效的中医药治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床研究进行梳理和筛选,并按照中西医侧重点的不同进行分类论述能简明扼要的适用于临床诊疗。文章结合中华中医药学会团体标准《转移性结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》(T/CACM1410-2022)对当前中医药治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床研究进行梳理和总结,为临床实践提供参考。

Metastatic colorectal cancer,also known as advanced colorectal cancer,is a difficult and difficult disease in clinical practice.The current optimal Western medicine treatment strategy is dual-drug chemotherapy combined with targeted drugs.However,some patients are unable to tolerate or refuse standard Western medicine treatment due to poor physical condition,old age,financial difficulties,etc.,and instead choose traditional Chinese medicine or combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,which still achieves good clinical results.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating bowel cancer.It is simple,convenient,cheap and effective.It is an important part of the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer in China.At the same time,the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the advantage of malignant tumor treatment in China.Numerous clinical reports show that traditional Chinese medicine treatment plays a unique role in prolonging the survival of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer,reducing the adverse reactions of Western medicine treatment,and improving the quality of life.Sort out and screen the previous clinical studies on the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine that are truly effective,and classify and discuss them according to the different focuses of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,which can be concisely applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article combines the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s group standard“Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer with Traditional Chinese Medicine”(T/CACM1410-2022)to sort out and summarize the current clinical research on the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine to provide a reference for clinical practice.
