眼底激光光凝联合药物干预在糖尿病眼病患者中的效果及对血液流变学的影响研究

Effect of Fundus Laser Photocoagulation Combined with Drug Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Eye Disease and Its Influence on Hemorheology

目的探讨眼底激光光凝联合药物干预在糖尿病眼病患者中的效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法选取诸城市人民医院于2022年2月—2023年7月收治的116例糖尿病眼病患者为研究对象,以信封法分为两组,各58例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合眼底激光光凝治疗,治疗15 d后,比较两组血液流变学、视力水平及安全性。结果干预后,两组后眼底血液流变学水平均改善,观察组眼底收缩期血流速度(Peak Systolic Velocity,PSV)、舒张期血流速度(End Diastolic Velocity,EDV)高于对照组,搏动指数(Pulse Index,PI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,两组视力水平得到改善,且观察组最佳矫正视力高于对照组,视野灰度值和视野平均缺损值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眼底激光光凝联合药物干预治疗糖尿病眼病患者效果显著,能改善血液流变学水平,提高患者视力,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of fundus laser photocoagulation combined with drug intervention in diabetic eye disease and its influence on hemorheology.Methods A total of 116 patients with diabetic eye disease admitted to Zhucheng People's Hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups with 58 cases each by envelope method.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with fundus laser photocoagulation on the basis of the control group.After 15 days of treatment,the hemorheology,visual acuity level and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the level of posterior fundus hemorheology was improved in both groups,and the peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end diastolic velocity(EDV)in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,pulse index(PI)was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the visual acuity of the two groups was improved,and the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the gray value of visual field and the average visual field defect were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fundus laser photocoagulation combined with drug intervention is effective in the treatment of diabetic eye disease patients,which can improve the level of hemorheology and improve the visual acuity of patients,and the treatment is safe.
