糖尿病实施达格列净联合德谷胰岛素药物进行治疗对其血糖、体质量等指标的影响

Effects of Dapagliflozin Combined with Degu Insulin on Blood Glucose,Body Weight and Other Indexes of Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究针对糖尿病患者使用达格列净配合德谷胰岛素治疗对其血糖以及体质量等指标产生的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2023年9月河池市第三人民医院收治的100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配法分为参照组和观察组,各50例。参照组使用达格列净治疗,观察组在参照组基础上加用德谷胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者的血糖水平、胰岛素功能、体质量数据、疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组血糖水平低于参照组,胰岛素功能优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组体质量为(67.14±4.51)kg,低于参照组的(69.28±4.37)kg,差异有统计学意义(t=2.410,P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率(98.00%)高于参照组(82.00%),不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者采用达格列净配合德谷胰岛素进行治疗产生的临床效果更加显著。

Objective To explore the effects of dapagliflozin combined with degu insulin on blood glucose and body weight of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes admitted to the Hechi Third People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group with 50 cases each by computer random assignment.The reference group received treatment with dapagliflozin,while the observation group received additional treatment with degu insulin in addition to the reference group.The blood glucose levels,insulin function,body mass data,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared betwen the two groups.Results The blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,while the insulin function was better than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The body weight of the observation group was(67.14±4.51)kg,which was lower than the reference group's(69.28±4.37)kg,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.410,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(82.00%),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients,the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with degu insulin is more significant.
