5E康复护理方案对2型糖尿病患者运动康复效果、血糖指标、生活质量的影响

Effects of 5E Rehabilitation Nursing Program on Exercise Rehabilitation Effect,Blood Glucose Index and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)患者应用5E康复护理方案的临床效果。方法选取湖北省荆门市中医医院于2022年10月—2023年10月收治的68例T2DM患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为研究组和常规组,各34例。研究组实施5E康复护理方案,常规组实施常规护理。比较两组干预效果。结果研究组运动锻炼自我效能感量表、糖尿病自我管理行为量表评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组生活质量综合评定问卷各项评分高于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对T2DM患者采用5E康复护理方案能增强运动康复效果、提高自我管理能力,还能调节血糖水平、改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing program in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods A total of 68 T2DM patients admitted to the Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei Province from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and routine group,with 34 cases in each group according to lottery method.5E rehabilitation nursing program was implemented in the study group and routine nursing was implemented in the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of exercise self-efficacy scale and diabetes self-management behavior scale in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,the satisfaction of nursing was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion 5E rehabilitation nursing program for T2DM patients can enhance the effect of exercise rehabilitation,improve self-management ability,regulate blood glucose level and improve quality of life.
