2018—2022年陕西汉中地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染特征分析

摘要 目的探讨陕西汉中地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染情况及变化趋势,为本地区防治HPV感染提供科学依据。方法统计2018年1月—2022年12月来院就诊女性患者HPV分型检测结果,并对数据进行统计分析。结果陕西汉中地区HPV总感染率为16.04%,2018—2022年5年的感染率分别为14.04%、13.50%、16.95%、16.76%、18.68%,以单一感染为主,28种基因型均有检出,检出的HPV高危型主要为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53型,低危型以HPV42型为主;在年龄分组中,HPV感染出现双峰分布,感染率在14~24岁和≥55岁年龄组出现高峰。结论陕西汉中地区女性HPV感染以HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53、HPV42型感染为主,且多数为单一感染,感染率在年龄分组中基本呈现双峰分布,14~24岁≥55岁年龄组出现感染高峰,应针对性制定措施进行预防。 Objective To investigate the situation and trends of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in women in the Hanzhong city of Shaanxi Province and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection in this region.Methods The HPV typing test results of female patients who visited the hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The overall HPV infection rate in Hanzhong city was 16.04%.The infection rates for the five years from 2018 to 2022 were 14.04%,13.50%,16.95%,16.76%,and 18.68%,respectively.Single infection was the main type,and all 28 genotypes were detected.The high-risk genotypes detected were mainly HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,and HPV53,while the low-risk genotype was mainly HPV42.In terms of age groups,HPV infection showed a bimodal distribution,with peaks in the 14-24 age group and the 55 or above age group.Conclusion In the Hanzhong city of Shaanxi Province,HPV infection in women is mainly caused by HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53,and HPV42,and most cases are single infections.The infection rate shows a bimodal distribution in different age groups,with peaks in the 14-24 age group and the 55 or above age group.Targeted measures should be taken for prevention.
