摘要
文章通过对地连墙成槽中泥浆配比、导墙高度、槽壁稳定性等关键因素进行了经典的土力学理论计算和数值模拟及实践验证。对地连墙成槽开挖控制的关键点进行了总结。基于临江强透水性砂层的悬挂式帷幕超深地下连续墙施工项目,通过上述研究给出了强透水性砂层地下连续墙成槽施工防止坍塌的措施。针对强透水砂层地连墙槽段开挖的控制要点很好的缩减了工期;使用超深地下连续墙的空间桁架支撑实施方法进行地连墙钢筋笼的焊接和吊装,有效的提高施工效率并节省了大量人力物力;通过研究新型地连墙接头止水构件,在施工进程中有效杜绝了地连墙接缝渗水的隐患。
Soil mechanics-based theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,and engineering practice are combined to determine key factors such as slurry ratio,the height of guide wall and the stability of trench wall in the formation of concrete diaphragm wall,complete with the key points related to the trenching control of concrete diaphragm wall.By analyzing the construction of ultra-deep concrete diaphragm of a suspended curtain based on a highly permeable sand layer near river,some countermeasures to the collapse occurred during the construction are proposed.The trenching control points help shorten the construction period.The spatial truss support for ultra-deep concrete diaphragm wall applies to the welding and hoisting of steel cages,which improves the construction efficiency,lowers costs and man-hours.The study on new type of waterstop components for the joints of concrete diaphragm wall will avoid water seepage of the joints during the construction.
