摘要
为研究跨低水位水域钢箱组合梁桥顶推施工技术的适用性,以汕头市中山东路中砂特大桥为依托,对槽形钢主梁顶推施工方案进行优化设计,全面分析跨低水位水域顶推法施工工艺。采用Midas Civil对顶推施工全过程进行数值模拟,确定顶推施工最不利工况位置,对结构关键断面应力、变形等参数进行验算分析。研究结果表明,优化的顶推施工方案合理,顶推过程中钢箱组合梁各项指标满足规范要求,该方案在低水位水域项目中的成功应用为类似工程施工提供有益参考。
Zhongsha extra-large Bridge located at Zhongshan East Road of Shantou City is selected to study the applicability of incremental launching technique for steel box composite girder bridge across low-water-level waters,and optimize the plan of incremental launching construction of channel-section steel girder,and fully analyze the technology under the condition of low water level.Midas Civil is used to simulate the above construction process,determine the construction position under the most unfavorable working condition,and inspect such parameters as the stress and deformation acting on key sections of the structure.The research results show that the optimized construction plan is applicable,and the indexes related to steel box composite girder meet the specification requirements.The successful application of the plan in low water level waters will provide a reference for similar construction.
