碳二加氢催化剂在高空速下的工业应用

摘要 碳二加氢是乙烯装置分离工序中最重要的反应过程,碳二加氢催化剂的稳定运行对乙烯装置的长周期运转具有重要的意义。中国石化北京化工研究院开发的碳二加氢催化剂BC-H-20B具有催化性能好、适应性广、运行稳定的优点,在国内外乙烯装置上广泛应用。空速是碳二加氢催化剂的一个重要的运行指标,针对新建乙烯装置和现有乙烯装置改扩建对高空速催化剂的要求,研究了高空速下BC-H-20B催化剂的适应性和使用条件。碳二加氢催化剂BC-H-20B在国内某大型乙烯装置上首次在高空速条件下稳定运行,具有较好的活性和选择性。 C_(2)hydrogenation is the most important reaction in the separation process of ethylene plant,and the stable operation of the catalyst is of great significance for the long-term running of the ethylene plant.BC-H-20B C_(2)hydrogenation catalyst developed by Sinopec BRICI has the advantages of good catalytic performance,wide adaptability,and stable operation,and is widely used in ethylene plants at home and abroad.Space velocity is an important running indicator of C_(2)hydrogenation catalyst.In response to the requirements of higher space velocity catalyst for newly built and existing ethylene plants,the adaptability and running conditions of BC-H-20B catalyst at higher space velocity are studied.BC-H-20B C_(2)hydrogenation catalyst has been operating stably under higher gas-phase per hour space velocity conditions for the first time in a large ethylene plant in China,exhibiting good activity and selectivity.
