“新农科”背景下本科生创新能力训练——以“土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯降解微生物鉴定实验”为例

摘要 “新农科”建设和科技快速发展对本科生的创新能力和实践能力提出了更高要求。为提升农业资源与环境专业本科生的实践创新能力,增强专业自信,本文详细阐述了农田土壤中广泛存在的污染物邻苯二甲酸酯降解微生物原位鉴定方法的优化过程,并将其成功应用于蔬菜基地土壤中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯降解微生物研究。学生在开展创新训练过程中巩固了多学科理论知识,掌握了相关实验仪器操作和数据分析技能,熟悉了开展科学研究的基本流程,认识到科学前沿与农业生产实践的紧密联系,增强了专业自信和投身“三农”工作的责任感。在该创新实验的基础上已有本科生获得多项大学生创新创业项目资助。 The construction of“new agriculture”and the rapid development of science and technology have put forward higher requirements for the innovative and practical ability of undergraduates.In order to improve the practical and innovative ability,and enhance the professional confidence of undergraduates majoring in agricultural resources and environment,this paper described the optimization process of the approach employed to identify the phthalate degrading microorganisms in agricultural soil,and successfully applied this approach to explore the di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate degrading microbes in vegetable soil as a representative of phthalates.During the innovation training,students consolidated multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,mastered the operation of relevant instruments and skills to analyze data,got to know the basic process to carry out scientific research,realized the close connection between scientific frontier and agricultural practice,and enhanced their professional confidence and responsibility to participate in the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Several undergraduates have been granted by the College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project based on the above training.
