应用型高校软件专业产教协同育人模式探索与实践——以吉林建筑科技学院为例

摘要 产教协同育人是近几年高校应用型人才培养的新途径,如何构建具有自身特色的产教协同育人模式成为研究的热点。以软件工程专业人才培养为例,从创新人才培养模式、明确人才培养目标、构建专业课程体系和实践教学体系、构建基于校企“双导师”的创新素质培养模式、建设“双师型”师资队伍等方面,深入探索研究了应用型高校产教协同育人模式。 In recent years,industry-education cooperation is a new way of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities.Taking the training of software engineering professionals as an example,from the perspective of innovative personnel training mode,the objective of personnel training is clearly defined,and the professional curriculum system and practical teaching system are constructed,based on the construction of“Double-tutor”innovative quality training model,and the construction of“Double-teacher”teaching staff,the author deeply explored and studied the application-oriented university production-teaching cooperation education model.
