“产教研”三位一体跨境电商人才培养模式研究

摘要 为优化跨境电商人才培养模式,提高跨境电商人才培养质量,满足跨境电商产业快速发展的人才需求,对跨境电商企业人才能力需求进行分析,构建“产教研”三位一体的跨境电商人才培养模式,形成跨境电商企业、学院和教师科研形成相互促进、相互支撑的跨境电商人才培养共同体,共同实施跨境电商人才培养,促进三方协同发展。该人才培养模式受到了广泛认可,有效提升了跨境电商人才的培养质量。 In order to optimize the cross-border e-commerce talent training mode,improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce talent training,and meet the talent demand of the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry.Through the demand analysis of cross-border e-commerce enterprise talent capacity,analyze the current cross-border e-commerce talent training problems,and build the"industry,teaching and research"trinity cross-border e-commerce talent training mode.In this model,cross-border e-commerce enterprises,colleges and teachers'scientific research form a cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation unity that promotes and supports each other,and jointly carry out cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation to promote the synergistic development of the three parties.This talent cultivation model has been widely recognized and has effectively improved the quality of cultivation of cross-border e-commerce students.
