“知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造”三位一体的财务管理课程教学改革研究

摘要 为落实立德树人根本任务,在财务管理课程教学中将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体。基于此,对“知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造”三位一体的财务管理课程教学目标、实现路径和实施效果进行了研究。知识传授包括理论知识、实践知识和融合知识;能力培养包括硬技能、软实力和创造力,分析企业财务管理中的问题;价值塑造上建立并践行个人、企业和社会价值三方互利共赢的理念。通过优化教学内容、丰富教学资源、完善教学方法和改革教学考核等课程改革措施,有助于学生提高财商水平、调动学习兴趣,培养学生立足企业实践、解决现实问题的能力,服务经济高质量发展。 To implement the fundamental task of moral education,it is necessary to integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting,and ability training in the teaching of financial management courses.Based on this,this paper studies the trinity of financial management course teaching goals,implementation paths,and implementation effect,including"knowledge imparting,ability training,and value shaping."Knowledge imparting includes theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,and integrated knowledge;ability training includes hard skills,soft power,and creativity,and solves problems in enterprise financial management;value shaping establishes and practices the concept of mutual benefit and win-win among individuals,enterprises,and society.Through optimizing teaching content,enriching teaching resources,improving teaching methods,and reforming teaching evaluation and other curriculum reforms,it helps students improve their financial literacy,mobilize learning interest,cultivate their ability to solve practical problems based on enterprise practice,and teachers and students together understand and master major national strategic policies and serve the high-quality development of the economy.
