经济学作为基础学科,对于社会经济发展的重要性不言而喻。人工智能技术的引入,为经济学拔尖人才培养提供了新途径新手段。“人工智能+经济学人才培养”的模式具有先进性、高效性和合理性,能够更好地适应时代发展的需求,具备不同于传统人才培养模式的优势。当前,在利用人工智能培养经济学拔尖人才的过程中,学术、智能素养以及人才培养与人工智能耦合方面存在的问题正突显出亟待探索更加合理完善的人才培养模式的迫切性。对此,需要立足人工智能赋能经济学拔尖人才培养的理论机制,基于人工智能在赋能人才培养过程中面临的困境,探索人工智能赋能经济学拔尖人才培养的新路径。

Economics,as a discipline,is undeniably essential to socio-economic development.The artificial intelligence(AI)technology provides novel avenues and tools for economics elite talent cultivation.The model of"AI-enhanced economics talent cultivation"is characterized by its advanced nature,efficiency,and rationality,making it more adaptable to the needs of contemporary developmental trends and offering advantages distinct from traditional talent cultivation models.Currently,in the process of cultivating elite talents in economics through the use of artificial intelligence,the urgency of exploring more rational and improved talent cultivation models is becoming evident due to issues related to academia,intelligence literacy,and the coupling of talent cultivation with artificial intelligence.It is necessary to establish a theoretical mechanism based on the empowerment of AI in the cultivation process.This involves delving into the challenges faced in the AI-enhanced talent cultivation process and exploring new paths for AI-enabled cultivation of elite talent in economics.
