纺织服装行业国际化人才外语能力框架建构

The Construction of Foreign Language Competence Framework for International Talents in the Textile and Garment Industry

外语能力是国际化人才的核心能力之一。通过对纺织服装外贸从业人员半结构化访谈收集数据,运用扎根理论分析法探索纺织服装行业国际化人才的外语能力需求。研究得出纺织服装行业国际化人才外语能力由日常通用外语能力、职场外语能力和行业外语能力3个维度组成,并最终构建了由3个维度、8个一级指标和16个二级指标组成的国际化人才外语能力框架。研究结果可为该行业国际化人才外语能力培养提供有益参考,并为其它行业国际化人才培养提供借鉴。

Foreign language competence is one of the core abilities of international talents.Data is collected through semi-structured interviews with professionals in the textile and garment industry and grounded theory analysis is applied to explore the foreign language competence needs for international talents in this industry.The study finds that the foreign language competence of international talents in the textile and garment industry consists of three dimensions:general language competence,workplace language competence,and industry-specific language competence.A framework for foreign language competence is established with three dimensions,eight primary indicators,and sixteen secondary indicators.The research findings can provide valuable references for cultivating foreign language competence of international talents in the textile and garment industry,offering insightful considerations for the international talent cultivation in other industries.
