复合杀菌型泡沫剂的开发及其应用

摘要 设计并配制了系列复合杀菌型泡沫剂,通过表面活性剂的筛选及优化配置,使产品具有优秀的发泡性,泡沫丰富细腻。以PCMX及ClO_(2)复合物为杀菌剂,通过配比设计及制备工艺优化,所得泡沫剂在3.3‰的稀释浓度下仍然具有高效的杀菌性能。在马桶上实测泡沫剂的泡沫性能,通过悬液定量法评估泡沫剂的杀菌性能,通过冷热测试,评估泡沫剂的稳定性。结果表明,PCMX与ClO_(2)复合杀菌剂体系能与AES水溶液混溶,表面活性剂组分简单,但发泡性能优异,含25wt%AES的泡沫剂在马桶上实测的泡沫层厚度大于4 cm。以AEO-9为增溶剂,PCMX含量为4.5 wt%,ClO_(2)浓度为150 mg/L时,泡沫剂稀释液的杀菌率达到100%。泡沫剂稳定性好,热储、冷藏及冻融测试后产品无分层,无害絮凝,放置30天后,其发泡性几乎不受影响,稀释液杀菌率保持在95%以上。所配制的泡沫剂应用前景良好,适用于智能马桶的泡沫盾中,发挥防溅,隔臭,杀菌的功能。 A series of compound bactericidal foam agents have been prepared.Through the selection and optimization of surfactants,the products have excellent foaming properties and the foams are rich and delicate.Using PCMX and ClO_(2) complex as bactericide,through ratio design and preparation process optimization,the obtained foam agent still has high bactericidal performance at a dilution concentration of 3.3‰.The foam properties of the foam agent were measured on the toilet,the bactericidal properties of the foam agent were evaluated by suspension quantitative method,and the stability of the foam agent was evaluated by cold and heat tests.The results showed that the PCMX and ClO_(2) composite bactericide system could be miscible with the aqueous solution of AES.The composition of the surfactant was simple,but the foam performance was excellent.The measured thickness of the foam layer containing 25 wt% AES on the toilet was greater than 4 cm.When AEO-9 was used as solubilizer,PCMX content was 4.5 wt%,concentration of ClO_(2) was 150 mg/L,the sterilization rate of diluent was 100%.The foam agent has good stability.After the heat storage,cold storage and freeze-thaw tests,all products have no stratification,no flocculation.And their foaming ability is almost not affected after being placed for 30 days.The sterilization rates of the dilution maintain above 95%.The prepared foam agent has a good application prospect and is suitable for the foam shield of smart toilet to play the functions of splash prevention,odor separation and sterilization.
