摘要 设计了一个制备疏油聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜,以提高其在油水分离中抗污染性能的本科生实验。首先,通过等离子体接处理调控PTFE膜疏油性能,分别表征膜材料表面对水的粘附力、膜表面油接触角,随后考察膜材料分离油水乳液性能,最后通过金相显微镜表征膜表面污染情况。本实验提供了一种新颖的膜改性及分离技术用于废水治理的思路。通过实验操作,学生可以深入了解疏油膜在环境治理中的重要应用,并了解其在化工领域中的潜在价值,使学生进一步了解环境治理前沿技术,激发学生想象力和创造力。 This undergraduate experiment involves the design of an oleophobic PTFE membrane preparation to enhance its anti-pollution performance in oil-water separation and bacterial solutions.Initially,the plasma grafting method is employed to regulate the lipophobicity of the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membrane.The experiment includes characterizing the membrane's adhesive force to water and oil contact angle on the membrane surface.Subsequently,the separation performance of the membrane is investigated for oil-water emulsions.Finally,the membrane surface contamination is evaluated using metallographic microscopy.This experiment introduces a novel approach of membrane modification and separation technology for wastewater treatment.Through hands-on experiments,students gain an in-depth understanding of the significant applications of oleophobic membranes in environmental governance and recognize their potential value in the field of chemical engineering.Moreover,it offers students insights into cutting-edge environmental remediation technologies,stimulating their imagination and creativity.
