摘要
为解决劳动教育过程未全员参与、未全程渗透、未全过程结合的问题,文章直接从这三个角度讨论如何践行“三全育人”视角下大学生劳动素养培育工作。并分别从强化部门协作、强化导师引领、强化辅导员主导共同建设良好劳动育人氛围;重视新生入学劳动教育、重视学生在校劳动教育、重视学生毕业劳动教育积极构建劳动教育长效机制;创建课上课下互补体系、创建线上线下互融平台、创建三方联动培养网络加大力度丰富劳动素养培育方式入手,推进大学生劳动素养培育实现全员参与、全程渗透、全过程结合。
To address the issues of incomplete participation,incomplete penetration,and incomplete integration in the process of labor education,the paper directly discusses how to practice the cultivation of labor literacy for college students from the perspective of“three comprehensive education”from these three perspectives.And strengthen the cooperation between relevant departments to jointly build a good atmosphere of labor education;emphasize labor education for new students and graduates and actively build a long-term mechanism for labor education;starting from creating a complementary system between classes and classes,creating an online and offline integration platform,and creating a tripartite linkage training network,we will increase efforts to enrich the methods of cultivating labor literacy for college students,and promote full participation,full penetration,and full process integration in the cultivation of labor literacy.
