双高建设背景下“1+X”课证融通与专业群人才培养协调发展模式探究

Exploration on the Coordinated Development Mode of“1+X”Course-certificate Integration and Professional Group Talent Cultivation under the Background of Double-high Construction

双高计划是推动中国教育现代化的重要决策,围绕办好新时代职业教育的新要求,集中力量建设一批高水平专业群。作为“双高计划”遴选的核心指标,专业群的建设水平在很大程度上代表了高职院校的办学水平,同时也是高职院校建设的关键。基于“1+X”课证融通模式,分析“双高计划”背景下高职院校电子商务专业群建设。针对高职院校电子商务专业群人才培养面临的问题,借助“1+X”课证融通体系,从立足岗位需求,深化校企合作,打造优质专业群师资团队等方面,探索专业群特色人才培养模式,为区域高职院校向社会输出高级职业技术技能人才提供路径支持。

The Double-high Program is an important decision to promote the modernization of China's education,focusing on the new requirements for running a good vocational education in the new era,and concentrating on the construction of a number of high-level professional group.Analyzing the construction of e-commerce professional group in higher vocational Institutions under the background of“Double-high Plan”based on the“1+X”curriculum and certificate integration model.Aiming at the problems faced by e-commerce professional group talents in higher Institutions,with the help of“1+X”curriculum and certificate integration system,we explore the characteristic talents training mode of professional group from the aspects of based on the job demand,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and creating a high-quality professional group teacher team.It provides path support for higher vocational institutions to export advanced vocational and technical skills talents to the society.
