职业教育高质量发展是职教改革的核心任务,《职业教育法》的修订为职业教育的高质量发展夯实法律基础,也体现《职业教育法》的修法价值。针对当前职业教育的发展改革遇到的困点和难点,在职业教育的法律属性定位、办学体系、管理机制、办学形式、办学导向、社会认可度等方面进行创新突破,直面回应新时代职业教育高质量发展的呼唤。新《职业教育法》的修订执行,推动职业教育与普通教育协调融通发展、深化职业本科教育的改革发展、深化产教融合的多元主体办学机制以推动职业教育的高质量发展。
