摘要
乳制品企业通过应用创新技术如自动化控制、物联网和新型加工技术,可有效降低生产运营成本,提高产品和服务质量,提升企业效益。但技术人才匮乏、基础设施滞后和数据安全风险等问题制约了创新技术的应用。乳企应着力培养复合型技术人才,加强基础设施建设,健全数据安全管理体系,方可充分发挥创新技术优势,推动企业高质量发展。
Dairy enterprises can effectively reduce production and operation costs,improve product and service quality,and enhance enterprise efficiency by applying innovative technologies such as automation control,Internet of Things,and new processing technologies.However,the shortage of technical talents,lagging infrastructure,and data security risks have constrained the application of innovative technologies.Dairy enterprises should focus on cultivating composite technical talents,strengthening infrastructure construction,and improving data security management systems in order to fully leverage their innovative technological advantages and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
