摘要
随着民宿酒店的兴起,人力资源管理在民宿酒店业中的重要性日益凸显。心理契约作为员工与组织间隐性和主观的期望集合,对于员工的态度和行为有着重要的影响。本研究旨在探讨心理契约视域下民宿酒店人力资源管理的优化策略。研究发现,心理契约与人力资源管理实践之间存在显著的正相关关系,针对民宿酒店人力资源管理中面临的挑战,本文提出了一系列对策建议,以优化民宿酒店的人力资源管理,推动整体发展。
With the rise of Homestays,the importance of human resource management in the B&B hotel industry has become increasingly prominent.As a collection of implicit and subjective expectations between employees and organizations,psychological contracts have an important impact on employees'attitudes and behaviors.The purpose of this study was to explore the optimization strategy of human resource management of Homestays from the perspective of psychological contract.The study finds that there is a significant positive correlation between psychological contract and human resource management practice,and this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the human resource management of Homestays and promote the overall development of human resource management in Homestays.
