微创经皮锁定加压钢板和钢板螺钉内固定在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Locking Compression Plate and Plate Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Extremity Fractures

目的:分析微创经皮锁定加压钢板和钢板螺钉内固定在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1—12月玉林市中西医结合骨科医院收治的四肢骨折患者100例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例.对照组采用钢板螺钉内固定,观察组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板.比较两组临床应用效果.结果:观察组切口愈合用时、骨折愈合用时、术后疼痛时长、术后患肢负重恢复时间、住院时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);治疗后,两组骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、骨形态发生蛋白-2均高于术前,总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽低于术前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0074).结论:四肢骨折患者应用微创经皮锁定加压钢板固定治疗的效果良好,可促进患者术后恢复,改善骨骼状态指标,手术安全性较高.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate and plate screw internal fixation in the treatment of extremity fracture.Methods:One hundred cases of extremity fracture patients admitted to Yulin Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with fifty cases,by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group used plate screw internal fixation,and the observation group used minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate.Compare the clinical application effect of the two groups.Results:The observation group's incision healing time,fracture healing time,postoperative pain time,postoperative weight-bearing recovery time of the affected limb,and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);after treatment,bone mineral density,alkaline phosphatase,bone morphogenetic protein-2 were higher than preoperative in both groups,and total type I collagen amino-terminal extension peptide was lower than preoperative,and the observation group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0074).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation in patients with extremity fracture has good effect,which can promote the patients'postoperative recovery,improve the index of skeletal status,and has high surgical safety.
