调Q激光联合果酸治疗眼周皱纹的效果观察

Effect of Q-switched Laser Combined with Hydroxy Acid in Treating Wrinkles around Eyes

目的:观察调Q激光联合果酸治疗眼周皱纹的效果.方法:选取2023年1—12月南海区第四人民医院收治的眼周皱纹患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各45例.对照组给予调Q激光治疗,研究组给予调Q激光联合果酸治疗.比较两组患者治疗效果、康复时间、VISIA评分及不良反应发生率.结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);研究组康复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后1、3、5个月,两组VISIA评分均低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007).结论:调Q激光联合果酸治疗眼周皱纹的效果明确,可有效改善患者眼周皱纹情况,且不良反应较少,康复期短,值得临床推广.

Objective:To observe the effect of Q-switched laser combined with hydroxy acid on eye wrinkles.Methods:A total of ninety patients with eye wrinkles treated in Nanhai District Fourth People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group was given Q-switched laser treatment,and the study group was given Q-switched laser combined with hydroxy acid treatment.The therapeutic effect,recovery time,VISIA score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);the recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);at 1,3 and 5 months after treatment,the VISIA scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the VISIA scores in study group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:The effect of Q-switched laser combined with hydroxy acid in the treatment of eye wrinkles is clear,and can effectively improve the condition of patients with eye wrinkles,and has fewer adverse reactions and short rehabilitation period,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
