近20年葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎可视化分析

Visualization and Analysis of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis in the Last Twenty Years

目的:采用文献剂量学方法分析葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UA),阐明葛根芩连汤治疗UA的研究现状.方法:选取2003年1月1日—2023年7月11日葛根芩连汤治疗UC相关的文献.检索知网、万方、维普数据库,通过CiteSpace 6.2.R4和VOSviewer 1.6.19对葛根芩连汤治疗UA的相关文献关键词进行共现、聚类、突现等可视化分析.结果:2003—2023年发文量整体上呈上升趋势但有波动,高频关键词为灌肠、中医药疗法、湿热型、疗效、加味葛根芩连汤、葛根芩连五炭汤、中西医结合疗法、柳氮磺吡啶.结论:葛根芩连汤治疗UC的研究热点为治疗方法、疗效,近些年日益重视通过网络药理学研究治疗的作用机制,以更精准地确定葛根芩连汤中成分的作用靶点,有助于新药的研发,为临床相关研究提供参考.

Objective: To analyze the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UA) with Gegen Qinlian decoction using literature dosimetry and to elucidate the current research status of Gegen Qinlian decoction for UA. Methods: Literature related to Gegen Qinlian decoction for the treatment of UC from January 1, 2003 to July 11, 2023 was selected. China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, and Wipu databases were searched, and the keywords of the literature related to Gegen Qinlian decoction for the treatment of UA were visualized by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer 1.6.19, such as co-occurrence, clustering, and emergence. Results: There was an overall increasing but fluctuating trend in the number of publications from 2003 to 2023, and the high frequency keywords were enema, Chinese medicine therapy, damp-heat type, efficacy, Jiawei Gegen Qinlian decoction, Gegen Qinlian Wutan decoction, combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapies, and sulfasalazine. Conclusion: The research hotspots of Gegen Qinlian decoction for the treatment of UC are therapeutic method and efficacy, and in recent years, increasing attention has been paid to the study of therapeutic mechanism of action through network pharmacology, in order to determine the target of action of the components in Gegen Qinlian decoction with more precision, which will help in the research and development of new medicines, and provide references to clinically relevant research.
