蜡疗纱外敷联合关节调整推拿治疗颈肩综合征的效果观察

Observation on the Effectiveness of External Application of Wax Therapy Yarn Combined with Joint Adjustment Tuina in the Treatment of Neck-shoulder Syndrome

目的:观察蜡疗纱外敷联合关节调整推拿治疗颈肩综合征的临床效果.方法:选取2023年1—11月佛山市第五人民医院收治的颈肩综合征患者74例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各37例.对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予关节调整推拿联合蜡疗纱外敷治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈痛量表(NPQ)、Neer肩关节功能评分及临床疗效.结果:治疗后,两组VAS、NPQ评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Neer肩关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组痊愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022).结论:蜡疗纱外敷联合关节调整推拿治疗颈肩综合征的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者颈痛程度及肩关节功能,减轻痛感,值得临床推广.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of wax therapy yarn external application combined with joint adjustment Tuina in the treatment of neck-shoulder syndrome.Methods:Seventy-four patients with neck-shoulder syndrome admitted to Foshan Fifth People's Hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of thirty-seven cases.The control group was given celecoxib capsule treatment,and the observation group was given joint adjustment Tuina combined with external application of wax therapy yarn on the basis of the control group.Visual analog scale(VAS),neck pain scale(NPQ),Neer shoulder joint function score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS and NPQ scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the Neer shoulder joint function scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.022).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external application of wax therapy yarn combined with joint adjustment Tuina in the treatment of neck-shoulder syndrome is remarkable,which can effectively improve the degree of neck pain and shoulder joint function of the patients and reduce the pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
