金胃泰胶囊联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的有效性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Jinweitai Capsule Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的:分析慢性胃炎患者应用金胃泰胶囊联合西药治疗的有效性.方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月合肥市肥西县中医院收治的慢性胃炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金胃泰胶囊治疗.比较两组临床效果.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);治疗后,观察组上腹不适、胃脘疼痛、食欲不振、恶心呕吐评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃泌素、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平低于对照组,胃动素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和超敏C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:金胃泰胶囊联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的效果显著,可减轻患者相关症状,提高胃功能,降低机体炎性因子水平.

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the application of Jinweitai capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:One hundred patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Hefei Feixi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of which consisted of fifty cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with combined Jinweitai capsule on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029);after treatment,the scores of epigastric discomfort,gastric pain,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of gastrin,pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of gastric actin was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jinweitai capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis is remarkable,which can reduce the relevant symptoms of patients,improve the gastric function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body.
