基于微信平台的延续性护理对非霍奇金淋巴瘤PICC置管化疗患者的影响

Effect of Wechat Platform Based Continuous Care on Patients with PICC Catheterization Chemotherapy for Non Hodgkin Lymphoma

目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管化疗患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月于北京圣马克医院接受PICC置管化疗的NHL患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于微信平台的延续性护理,两组患者均持续护理4周.比较两组心理状态、自我护理能力.结果:护理后,两组美国精神病学会制定的患者健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我护理概念、自我护理技能评分均高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).

Objective:To explore the application effect of Wechat platform continuous care in non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)patients with peripheral venous catheterization(PICC).Methods:Eighty NHL patients who received PICC catheterization chemotherapy in Beijing St.Mark's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received continuous care based on Wechat platform.Both groups received continuous care for 4 weeks.The mental state and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of patient health questionnaire and generalized anxiety disorder scale formulated by American psychiatric association were lower in both groups than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of health knowledge level,self-responsibility,self-care concept and self-care skill in two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wechat platform continuous care in NHL patients taking PICC catheterization chemotherapy can alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve their self-care ability.
