Acute mesenteric ischemic disease is a serious gastrointestinal disease,which is of great clinical significance because of its rapid development and death if not treated in time.The article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease,clarifies its clinical symptoms and diagnostic methods,further discusses the application of laboratory tests and imaging tests in the diagnosis of the disease,and proposes effective treatment strategies.New advances in the treatment of acute mesenteric ischemic disease were revealed through the comprehensive use of literature review and other research methods,and the results showed that early recognition of symptoms,timely diagnosis and reasonable treatment play a decisive role in improving the survival rate of patients.
