胎盘早剥高危因素及病因研究进展

Research Progress on Risk Factors and Etiology of Placental Abruption

胎盘早剥是一种严重的妊娠期疾病,可危害母体和胎儿生命安全.目前,胎盘早剥病因尚不明确,临床上表现为不同程度的阴道出血、腰背疼痛、血性羊水等.而影响胎盘早剥的高危因素有母体既往相关病史、机械因素、母体孕期不良习惯等.对于胎盘早剥应做到早发现、早治疗,出现并发症前加强对产妇的检测,降低胎盘早剥对母体和胎儿造成的伤害.文章就胎盘早剥高危因素进行深入分析,完善对胎盘早剥的认知和理解,以期降低产妇胎盘早剥发生风险.

Placental abruption is a serious pregnancy disease,which can endanger the life safety of mother and fetus.At present,the etiology of placental abruption is not clear,the clinical manifestations are different degrees of vaginal bleeding,back pain,bloody amniotic fluid and so on.The risk factors of placental abruption include maternal history,mechanical factors and bad habits during pregnancy.For placental abruption,early detection and treatment should be done,and maternal detection should be strengthened before complications occur to reduce the harm caused by placental abruption to the mother and the fetus.In order to reduce the risk of placental abruption,this paper analyzed the high risk factors of placental abruption and improved the cognition and understanding of placental abruption.
