金融服务实体经济效率区域差异与动态演变分析

An Analysis of Regional Differences and Dynamic Evolution of Efficiency in Finance Serving Real Economy

运用含有非期望产出的超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数,从静态和动态两方面对2013~2021年中国28个省、直辖市、自治区(新疆、西藏、海南除外)金融服务实体经济效率的区域差异及动态演变进行测度与分析。结果表明,我国金融服务实体经济效率整体呈升高趋势,效率的提高主要受技术效率变化影响;各省市尚未形成稳定的提高金融服务实体经济效率的机制,经济区域之间以及区域内各省市之间均存在显著的发展差异。经济高质量发展阶段,中国各省市区要加快提升金融服务实体经济能力与效率、增强金融服务实体经济长效增长机制、疏通金融资源流向实体经济的渠道。

This paper uses the ultra-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index with unexpected output to measure and analyze the regional differences and dynamic evolution in the efficiency of finance serving real economy in 28 provinces and autonomous regions(except Xinjiang,Tibet and Hainan)from 2013 to 2021.The results show that the overall efficiency of the real economy is improving,which is mainly affected by the change of the technical efficiency in various provinces and cities.There is not yet stable efficiency mechanism for improving finance seiving real economy and there appear significant development differences between economic regions and the regional distribution.In the stage of high-quality economic development,all provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China should accelerate the improvement of the capacity and efficiency of the finance serving the real economy,enhance the long-term growth mechanism of the financial services in the real economy,and unblock the channels of financial resources to the real economy.
