A Study on the Influence of Chinese Painting Elements on the Development of Watercolor Paintings

中国画继承了中国文化特有的元素,在世界美术领域独树一帜。中国画与水彩画在色彩表现、关注视角、透视原理等方面有所不同,随着水彩画传入我国,中国画与水彩画在绘画技法上互相影响,在艺术形式上相互借鉴,在媒介上相互融合,这种跨文化的融合不仅拓展了水彩画的表现语言和内涵,也为中国画的传承和发展起到推动作用。

Chinese paintings,inheriting characteristic Chinese cultural factors,stand unique among worlds’artistic styles.Chinese paintings differ from watercolor paintings in color expression,focus angles.and perspective principles,etc.With the introduction of watercolor paintings into China,there starts to appear mutual influence in painting techniques,mutual learning in artistic forms and integration in terms of media between these two artistic forms.Such cross-culture interaction will not only expand watercolor paintings’ways of expression and connotation,but promote Chinese paintings inheritance and further development.
