摘要
在市政给排水工程领域,研究长距离顶管施工技术旨在提升施工效率和质量,同时减少对环境的影响。文章研究方法涵盖了对现有顶管机械的技术改进、地质勘探及工程设计优化,包括采用更高效的切削系统及进行精确的地质评估,以确保施工设计的准确性和可行性。研究结果表明,通过应用这些方法,可以显著提升顶管施工的精度和速度,降低施工过程中的风险,并减少对周边环境的影响。此外,实时监控和数据分析的引入进一步提升了施工过程中的应变能力和效率。
In the field of municipal water supply and drainage engineering,the study of long-distance pipe jacking construction technology aims to improve construction efficiency and quality,while reducing the impact on the environment.The research methods of this paper cover the technical improvement,geological exploration and engineering design optimization of the existing pipe jacking machinery,including the use of more efficient cutting system and accurate geological evaluation to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the construction design.The research results show that the application of these methods can significantly improve the accuracy and speed of pipe jacking construction,reduce the risk in the construction process,and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.In addition,the introduction of real-time monitoring and data analysis further improves the strain capacity and efficiency in the construction process.
