近年来,随着社会经济的发展及人们生活水平的不断提升,人们对居住的要求越来越高,对房屋质量也提出了更高的要求,应用相关施工技术的重要性也逐渐凸显出来。房建工程施工中的渗漏现象不仅会缩短楼房的使用寿命,还会降低人们的生活舒适度。为确保房屋建设项目健康发展,应加强对防渗漏施工技术的应用,尽可能避免发生渗漏现象,保障房屋建设质量。基于此,文章结合实际工程项目案例,对防渗漏施工技术在房建施工中的应用进行了深入研究。

In recent years,with the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's living requirements are getting higher and higher,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of houses.The importance of applying relevant construction technology is gradually highlighted.The leakage phenomenon in the construction of housing construction will not only shorten the service life of the building,but also reduce people's living comfort.In order to ensure the healthy development of housing construction projects,the application of anti-leakage construction technology should be strengthened to avoid leakage as much as possible and ensure the quality of housing construction.Based on this,combined with the actual project case,this paper makes an in-depth study on the application of antileakage construction technology in housing construction.
