基于BIM的全过程工程咨询投资控制应用研究

摘要 BIM技术在规划设计、施工、运营和维护等工程阶段的广泛应用,给工程管理带来了新的变革和机遇。BIM技术在建筑和基础设施行业发展迅速,成为项目管理和执行的关键工具。因此,文章致力于探索BIM技术在全过程工程咨询投资控制中的应用,从建立BIM模型、实现施工进程可视化及实时监控施工成本三个方面探究了全过程工程咨询规划设计阶段、施工监理阶段、运营维护阶段中BIM技术的应用,以促进工程项目管理的创新与提升,为工程管理带来新的管理模式和解决方案。 BIM technology is widely used in the engineering stages of planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,which brings new changes and opportunities to engineering management.The application of BIM technology in the construction and infrastructure industry has developed rapidly and has become a key tool for project management and implementation.Based on this,this paper is devoted to exploring the application of BIM technology in the investment control of the whole process engineering consulting.From the three aspects of establishing BIM model,realizing the visualization of construction process and real-time monitoring of construction cost,this paper explores the application of BIM technology in the planning and design stage,construction supervision stage and operation and maintenance stage of the whole process engineering consulting,so as to promote the innovation and improvement of engineering project management and bring new management mode and solution for engineering management.
