直线加速器机房墙体及顶板大体积混凝土施工裂缝成因及控制措施研究

Study on the Causes and Control Measures of Cracks in Mass Concrete Construction of Wall and Roof of Linear Accelerator Room

文章针对直线加速器机房墙体及顶板大体积混凝土施工中的裂缝问题展开研究,详细探讨了施工工艺步骤,全面分析了裂缝成因,包括混凝土收缩、温度变化、施工操作不当等,并在此基础上提出了一系列裂缝控制措施,包括采用合理的配合比设计、温度控制与混凝土硬化处理、应用预应力技术等,以供参考。

Aiming at the problem of cracks in the construction of mass concrete in the wall and roof of linear accelerator room,this paper discusses the construction process in detail,and analyzes the causes of cracks,including concrete shrinkage,temperature change,improper construction operation and so on.On this basis,a series of crack control measures are put forward,including reasonable mix proportion design,temperature control and concrete hardening treatment,application of prestressed technology,etc.,to provide reference for related research.
