摘要
连续刚构桥是大跨径桥梁中常用的结构体系之一。然而,在边跨现浇段传统施工方法中,落地式支架法和托架法存在一些问题,如成本高、施工困难、高空焊接质量差及安全风险大等。为解决这些问题,文章以湖南某高速特大桥项目为例,提出了一种新的施工方法,即边跨现浇段挂篮与牛腿结合的施工技术,旨在实现大跨径桥梁高效施工,有效弥补传统工艺的不足。
Continuous rigid frame bridge is one of the commonly used structural systems in large-span bridges.However,in the traditional construction method of side span cast-in-place section,there are some problems in the floor support method and bracket method,such as high cost,difficult construction,poor welding quality at high altitude and high safety risk.In order to solve these problems,this paper takes a high-speed super-large bridge project in Hunan as an example,and puts forward a new construction method,that is,the construction technology combining hanging basket and corbel in the side span cast-in-place section,aiming at realizing the efficient construction of the large-span bridge and effectively making up for the shortcomings of the traditional process.
