高校支撑新质生产力发展:内在逻辑与实践路径

摘要 高校是科技创新的策源地,科技创新是新质生产力的核心要义。高校助力新质生产力发展对建设高等教育强国、建立世界重要人才中心和创新高地及建成中国特色世界一流高校等具有重要意义。高校与新质生产力间存在密切的逻辑关系,培养新质生产力所需的高素质劳动者是高校的基本职能,创新新质生产力的劳动资料是高校知识再生产的重要任务,拓展新质生产力的劳动对象是高校组织科研的主要目标,构建与新质生产力发展相适的新型生产关系是高校深化改革的价值旨向。高校支撑新质生产发展,应推进人才培养模式改革、优化学科专业设置、开展有组织科技攻关、践行绿色教育等,进而有力地支撑新质生产力的发展。 Universities are the source of technological innovation,and technological innovation is the core essence of new quality productive forces.The assistance of universities in the development of new quality productive forces is of great significance for building a strong higher education country,establishing a world important talent center and innovation highland,and building world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.There is a close logical relationship between universities and new quality productive forces.Cultivating high-quality workers required for new quality productive forces is the basic function of universities,innovating labor materials for new quality productive forces is an important task for knowledge reproduction in universities,expanding the labor objects of new quality productive forces is the main goal of organizing scientific research in universities,and building a new type of production relationship that is suitable for the development of new quality productive forces is the value direction of deepening reform in universities.To support the development of new quality productive forces,universities should promote the reform of talent training models,optimize the setting of disciplines and majors,carry out organized scientific and technological research,and practice green education,in order to effectively support the development of new quality productive forces.
