New Quality Productivity,Equalization of Urban-Rural Public Services and Common Prosperity

新质生产力作为引领市场经济变革的关键引擎,在扎实推进共同富裕方面具有重要作用。文章从理论视角系统梳理新质生产力对共同富裕的影响及城乡公共服务均等化的调节效应,并选取中国31个省份2005—2022年的数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:提升新质生产力水平可扎实推进共同富裕,该结果在经过增加关键变量、剔除特殊样本与处理内生性问题之后仍然成立。调节效应分析结果显示,城乡公共服务均等化在新质生产力与共同富裕之间发挥显著的正向调节作用,且此调节效应在东部地区及经济发展进入新常态之后更明显。

As a key engine leading the transformation of the market economy,new quality productivity plays an important role in solidly promoting common prosperity.This paper systematically reviews the impact of new productivity on common prosperity and the moderating effect of equalization of urban and rural public services from a theoretical perspective,and then selects the da-ta of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2022 to conduct an empirical test.The research results indicate that the improvement of new quality productivity level can promote common prosperity,and that the result is still valid after adding key variables,removing special samples and dealing with endogeneity issues.The moderating effect results show that the equalization of urban and rural public services plays a significant positive moderating role in the relationship between new quality productivity and common pros-perity,and that this adjustment effect is more obvious after the eastern region and economic development have entered the new normal.
