Research progress in clinical studies of premature ovarian insufficiency

近年来早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)发病率有逐年上升的趋势,是生殖内分泌领域关注的热点和难点,早期诊断和预防可以减轻患者病痛。本文结合临床和文献资料,综述早发性卵巢功能不全西医病因、治疗,中医病因病机及治疗,为临床诊疗拓展思路,以期提高POI患者生命质量及健康管理。

In recent years,the incidence of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)has been increasing year by year,becoming a hot and difficult issue in the field of reproductive endocrinology.Early diagnosis and prevention can alleviate the suffering of patients.This article combines clinical and literature data to elaborate on the Western medical etiology,treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of POI.It aims to expand clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and improve the quality of life and health management of POI patients.
