断路器防跳回路常见问题分析及设计建议

摘要 通过对操作箱和断路器本体防跳回路中经常出现的问题进行总结,阐述防跳继电器动作时间慢于断路器动作时间,导致防跳失败、防跳继电器与断路器分合闸绕组阻抗不匹配、防跳继电器与跳闸位置监视继电器阻抗不匹配等情况,分析各元器件辅助触点的动作时序及电压电流配合关系,结合防跳回路改造成功的案例,提出常规断路器及无防跳回路FC断路器设计选型的建议。 This paper summarizes the common problems in the anti-jumping circuit of the operation box and the circuit breaker body,analyzes situations such as anti tripping failure,impedance mismatch between anti tripping relay and circuit breaker opening and closing winding,impedance mismatch between anti tripping relay and tripping position monitoring relay caused by the action time of the anti trip relay slower than the action time of the circuit breaker,analyzes the action timing and voltage current coordination relationship of auxiliary contacts of each component,and proposes suggestions for the design and selection of conventional circuit breakers and FC circuit breakers without anti trip circuits based on the successful cases of anti jump circuit transformation.
