校长任职资格培训学习场域搭建研究

Establishing the Learning Field for Principal Qualification Training Based on Workplace Learning Theory

摘要 在校长任职资格培训中,以工作场学习理论为框架,将学习场域应用在校长任职资格培训的各个课程模块,搭建“三位一体”学习场域,包括以内容为基的培训课程体系、以动机为源的学习机制和以互动为策的学习方式,有效促进了校长学习真实发生,提升校长任职资格培训实效。
