大型复杂曲面玻璃幕墙高精度施工技术研究

摘要 文章以某市农商银行总部玻璃幕墙专业工程为研究对象,研究满足高精度安装要求的大型复杂曲面玻璃幕墙施工技术,提出BIM技术、3D扫描技术、激光全站仪定位技术联合应用的施工方法,有效完成了玻璃幕墙优化设计、构配件3D数据提取和高精度安装,提升了大型复杂曲面玻璃幕墙的施工质量。 This paper takes the glass curtain wall professional project of the headquarters of a rural commercial bank as the research object,studies the construction technology of large-scale complex curved glass curtain wall that meets the requirements of high-precision installation,and puts forward the construction method of combined application of BIM technology,3D scanning technology and laser total station positioning technology,which effectively completes the optimization design of glass curtain wall,3D data extraction and high-precision installation of components and accessories,and improves the construction quality of large-scale complex curved glass curtain wall.
