摘要
文章从轨道交通建设项目实施特点及传统管理过程中信息传递的实际问题出发,通过建立基于BIM的轨道交通土建施工信息模型管理平台,从数据采集、数据统一管理、数据共享、数据支持四个方面提高轨道交通建设项目的信息化管理水平。通过安全、质量、进度、物资、设备、模型、人员七个功能模块的工程应用,为项目各参与方提供相应的项目管理功能,实现基于工程数据的动态决策,提高项目信息化管理水平。
Based on the implementation characteristics of rail transit construction projects and the practical problems of information transmission in the traditional management process,this paper establishes the information model management platform of rail transit civil construction based on BIM,and improves the information management level of rail transit construction projects from four aspects,that is,data collection,data unified management,data sharing and data support.Through the engineering application of seven functional modules of safety,quality,schedule,materials,equipment,model and personnel,it provides corresponding project management functions for each participant of the project,realizes dynamic decisionmaking based on engineering data,and improves the level of project information management.
