摘要
混凝土面板凭借其优良的抗渗性能在堆石坝建设中得到了广泛应用,而其开裂问题也成为制约其发展的重要因素。此次研究利用室内试验的方式探讨了面板混凝土材料和面板位置对抗裂性能的影响。结果显示,掺入纤维和抗裂剂可以显著提升面板混凝土的短期和长期抗裂性能,但是不同材料对短期和长期抗裂性能的影响有所不同。面板的倾斜角对抗裂性能影响较大,倾斜角越大抗裂性能越低,面板的走向对抗裂性能的影响有限。研究结果对相关研究和工程设计具有一定的借鉴价值。
Concrete panels have been widely used in the construction of rockfill dams due to their excellent impermeability performance,and their cracking problem has also become an important factor restricting their development.This study explored the effects of panel concrete materials and panel position on crack resistance performance through indoor experiments.The results show that the addition of fibers and crack resistance agents can significantly improve the short-term and long-term crack resistance performance of panel concrete,but the impact of different materials on the short-term and long-term crack resistance performance varies.The inclination angle of the panel has a significant impact on the crack resistance performance.The larger the inclination angle,the lower the crack resistance performance.The orientation of the panel has a limited impact on the crack resistance performance.The research results have certain reference value for related research and engineering design.
