大口径顶管下穿既有地铁盾构隧道施工技术

摘要 探讨了杭州市第二水源输水通道工程江南线平原段项目中,一段大直径顶管下穿既有地铁隧道6号线的施工挑战与应对措施。为降低顶管井修筑和顶管穿越对盾构隧道变形带来的潜在影响,施工单位采用了一系列科学有效的控制措施。这些措施包括但不限于隔离帷幕施作、施工参数优化、模拟段试验、严密的变形监测以及数值计算论证等。通过对施工过程的严密监测与调整,最终实现了大直径顶管平稳、安全穿越地铁隧道的目标。文章总结了这些控制措施的实施效果,并对类似工程项目的未来施工提供了有益的经验教训。这项成功的工程案例为城市地下空间的协调发展提供了有力的参考与借鉴。 The construction challenges and countermeasures of a segment of large diameter pipe jacking undercrossing the existing Metro Line 6 tunnel in the JiangNan line project of Hangzhou second water source conveyance channel were discussed.To reduce the potential impact of pipe jacking shaft construction and crossing on the deformation of the shield tunnel,the construction unit adopted a series of scientific and effective control measures.These measures include,but are not limited to the installation of shelter pile,optimization of construction parameters,trial sections for simulation,strict deformation monitoring and numerical calculation demonstration.Through close monitoring and adjustment of the construction process,the goal of smooth and safe crossing of the metro tunnel by the large diameter pipe jacking was ultimately achieved.The article summarizes the implementation effects of these control measures and provides useful lessons for the construction of similar projects in the future.This successful case offers a reference for the coordinated development of urban underground space.
